Advanced Passenger Information
We are legally required to gather information about passengers before travel and you are required to complete the fields on this page in order we can ensure your details are registered through ATOL. Please read the below notes carefully and if you have any questions please contact us directly.
The data may be given to Border Control authorities, who have a legal right to receive the data. The data will also be used to confirm your booking and register with ATOL. Our partners may share it with other enforcement bodies for the purposes of preventing and combating terrorism and other serious crime.
To book your flights we will need the passengers’ name as it appears on their passport. IMPORTANT: We can not make a flight reservation until we have these details and a delay can lead to your ticket being cancelled.
For security reasons most countries require airlines to provide details of their passengers before they travel. This information is known as ‘advance passenger information’ (‘API’ or ‘APIS’ data).
The information required can be found in the passenger’s passport. IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the passenger information is correct because the airline will charge an administration fee for any spelling errors or name changes, which will then be passed onto you. This fee can be very expensive! We recommend that you double check all information that you provide to minimise any potential problems or errors.
